Returns and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Instructions

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 5-10 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Kalouded will cover the return shipping cost.

• For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.

• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges
